The groundbreaking ceremony of Nhon Ly dike which belongs to Quy Nhon dike work was held in Nhon Ly commune on June 28.
Khoi Construction and Trading Co., Ltd will invest VND15.8 billion in building the dike at the Ly Chanh hamlet.
As designed, it has the width of 520 meters and the height of 4.5 meters. The dike footing is built with reinforced concrete and its surface has the width of 3 meters, creating a road.
The Nhon Ly dike is expected to protect the local residents’ houses from the flood tide and erosion caused by the sea. It will also create a road along the sea route, contributing to the local socio-economic development.
