The provincial Farmers' Association and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism jointly planned to organize the 3rd song festival for farmers 2010.
According to the plan, the festival will take place on June at the commune level and on July at the district and municipal levels.
The festival of provincial magnitude is expected to be held in Quy Nhon on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of Vietnam's August Revolution and National Day (Sep. 2)
The festival’s theme is to praise the Party, Uncle Ho, the country, the working class, life, national solidarity, the army and people.
Only members of the provincial Farmers’ Association and its affiliates are permitted to join the festival.
