16:4', 23/7/ 2010 (GMT+7)

A course entitled “journalism and writing skills” organized by the Binh Dinh Journalists Association took place in Quy Nhon City on July 21.

Nearly 30 Vietnam Journalists Association (VJA)’s members coming from provinces of Binh Dinh, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Kon Tum, Lam Dong, Dak Nong, Phu Yen, and Ninh Thuan participated in the course.

The journalist Danh Duc, a Tuoi Tre Newspaper’s editor, has helped the participants acquire essential skills in present-day writing, fact-finding method, critical thinking, editorial work, and public opinion orientation during the four-day course.

This has been the sixth course since 2008 under the regulation on coordination among VJA’s affiliates in the south coastal central and Central Highlands regions. It is also the second course hosted in Quy Nhon.
