Nearly VND204 billion invested in Phu Tai, Long My IZs

About VND204 billion, of which the Central budget finances VND80 billion and the local budget contributes nearly VND124 billion, has been invested in building the infrastructure in Phu Tai and Long My industrial zones.

Two IZs have attracted 143 projects worth over VND3 trillion so far, including 3 FDI projects with the total capital of US$9.19 million.

At present, 109 projects have been fully operating and 37 ones are being implemented.

The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment to offer a financial assistance of VND60 billion for the 2011’s plan, aiming to assist the Long My IZ in carrying out the compensation and ground clearance as well as other items.
