Binh Dinh holds fifth emulation congress

The fifth congress of Binh Dinh’s patriotic emulation movement has opened in Quy Nhon city today  (August 27).

443 delegates, including exceptional individuals in many fields, attended the event.

The congress reviewed the province’s performance, commendations and exceptional individuals over the past five years as well as the tasks in the next five years.

Also, the bodies and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the emulation campaign over the past five years were honored at the congress.

The 2010-2015 emulation movement was launched on the occasion. The list of delegates selected to join the 8 the national emulation congress taking place in Ha Noi late this year was also approved.
