Dong dyke upgrade finished

Some parts of the Dong (East) dyke has been fixed so far, ensuring safe pass of incoming flood test, said the province’s unit of dyke management and flood & storm control.

VND 7.7 billion was invested in upgrading 14 important works of the East dyke, including some parts of the dyke along the communes of Nhon Binh, Phuoc Thuan and Phuoc Son, spillways of Cai Son and Cao Doan 3, and the spillway dams of Ha Gach and Vinh Quang, and the replacement of spillways’ old gates along the whole dyke with the new ones.
