The vocational training centers in Binh Dinh have opened courses for 1,533 rural people since early this year, according to the Office for vocational training management.
Most registered in courses on breeding, veterinary, cultivation, motor repair, and electricity.
Under the “Vocational training for rural people till 2020” project, about 4,000 rural people in Binh Dinh will be offered free vocational training courses. Some specific beneficiaries will also receive the financial assistance when attending the courses.
