On the occasion of the new school year 2010-2011, Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Co. Ltd and Binh Dinh Province Study Promotion Association granted scholarships worth VND500,000 each to 17 poor, studious students in Phu Cat district on September 8.

This activity aimed to respond to a campaign launched by Ministry of Education and Training in the new school year, calling for securing the students from short of food, clothing and textbook.

Prudential Vietnam also awarded grants of VND10 million to poor students in districts of Phu Cat and Tay Son last month.

The life insurance company has organized 4 community-oriented social activities with the total donation worth roughly VND50 million since early 2010. The activities focused on social beneficiaries in rural, mountainous and remote areas.
