Training course on public administration services held in Quy Nhon

Association of cities of Vietnam (ACVN) and the Germany’s Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) co-organized a EU-financed training course on improvement of public administration service quality and efficiency enhancement for ‘one-door’ bodies* on the September 13 in Quy Nhon.

25 participants include officials and public servants at municipal, town and district levels from Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Da Lat and Gia Nghia.

During the 4-day training course, they would learn about the trends of public service provision, ethics of the “one-door” bodies, communication skills in public service delivery, public problem-solving and complaint, handling and enhancement of information provision transparency.
