Life jackets provided for students in flood prone areas

The Binh Dinh Red Cross, the province’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Office of Foreign Affairs has just agreed to provide 1,500 life-jackets for students in flood prone areas in 10 districts and city (except Tuy Phuoc district).

The life jackets are sponsored by the American NGO, CRS, which targets to primary pupils in flood prone areas of Binh Dinh.

Earlier, the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs also granted 200 life jackets to students of Cat Nhon primary school in Cat Hung commune, Phu Cat district and 300 ones to students in the flood prone areas in Tuy Phuoc.
