Quy Nhon Medical Center kicks off treatment building construction

The construction of a treatment building was started at Quy Nhon Medical Center on January 9. Provincial Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh attending the ground-breaking ceremony.

The 8-storey building which is designed to have the capacity of 251 hospital beds will be constructed on an area of 9,165 s.q meters with the total capital of over VND103 billion, using the Government bonds and State budget.

The building will be also equipped with modern facilities which are worth over VND13 billion.

Speaking at the ceremony, Binh said the building is one of the biggest-scale works of the province’s heath sector.

She asked the contractors to finish the construction by 2013.
