Flood-hit students, poor people receive Tet gifts

Binh Dinh Youth Union and Tuoi Tre Newspaper on January 17 presented 1,000 Tet gifts to poor students and 100 gifts to disadvantaged teachers in communes of Hoai Son and My Tho. The newspaper’s readers donated money to the “Spring gifts to flood-hit victims” program to buy such gifts.

Quy Nhon’s public security forces on Jan.17 visited and presented some necessities to local people in Ka Te village, Canh Thuan commune, Van Canh district.

Viet Ly Nguyen, a Vietnamese American, and other benefactors on Jan. 15 presented Tet gifts to poor people in Van Canh district.
