More than 1,000 laborers were financially supported in attending vocational training classes last year, using the budget from the central and local industry promotion programs.
They attended the three-month courses in industrial sewing, fine-arts wood carving, the making of bird’s cage from metal threads, and other fields.
Most of them found suitable jobs after attending the courses.
