Binh Dinh Association for the Disabled and Orphan Children and district, municipal branches of Binh Dinh Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs have just co-implemented a programme of building 12 houses for disabled people in straits, each house is worth 25 million VND.
Districts of An Nhon, Phu Cat and Hoai Nhon, city of Quy Nhon are allocated fund to build 2 houses each. Districts of Tuy Phuoc, Phu My, Tay Son and Vinh Thanh have 1 house each. Total fund of the programme is 300 million VND, sponsored by members of Nha Be Sewing Corporation in Binh Dinh. Construction of the houses will be completed in 4th quarter of 2011.
