Binh Dinh People’s Committee has just issued Decision No. 490 to supply concrete guidance in implementation of the Law on Anti-human Trafficking in Binh Dinh. Accordingly, agencies and local governments all over the province should make plans of implementation and create favourable conditions for relevant authorities to address difficulties during the implementation depending on their functions and tasks; meanwhile, launch communication campaigns on the law and other legal documents which interpret and guide the law implementation; strictly punish any organizations or individuals traffic humans and involve in human trafficking.

Binh Dinh Public Security should assume responsibilities of organizing in-depth training courses for its branches about the law and the legal documents; step up efforts of situation monitoring, investigation and lawsuit launch against the organizations and the individuals who are human traffickers.
