Key irrigation works basically upgraded

In 2011, Phu Cat district has invested in upgrading its high capital cost key irrigation works, says Phu Cat Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The works include Van Moi Dam at Cat Khanh commune; Tuong Son Reservoir at Cat Tuong commune, Chanh Hung Reservoir at Cat Thanh commune, dyke along low section of Lao Tam Dam at Cat Thang commune, Tan Tien Dyke at Cat Tien commune, canal system at Cat Khanh commune.

Total investment for the improvement of the works reaches over 91 billion VND. Executors of the renovation works have strived to overcome difficulties, speed up progress rate since the very beginning of the year. As a result, the key irrigation works are now basically upgraded, surely pass flood tests.
