Binh Dinh’s delegation on October 19 continued the visit to Salavan province. Two sides had a talk and signed cooperation program for the 2011-2016 period.
Two provinces’ leaders talked about the provinces’ socio-economic situation and agreed to sign the cooperation program for the 2011-2016 period.
Under the agreement, Binh Dinh and Salavan will assist each other in improving the quality of such fields as education, health, and business.
On the same day, the delegation visited Champasak province. Two provinces are scheduled to have a talk today (Oct. 20).
