Binh Dinh has 1.972 fishing boats that meet required criteria to become beneficiaries of the policy on encouragement and promotion of offshore sea food exploitation and cultivation, sea food exploitation services as in Decision No. 48/2010/QĐ-TTg by Prime Minister, says Binh Dinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The province’s agricultural authorities and local governments co-operatively inform and guide fishermen to fill in application forms for receiving the aid as in the Decision No. 48. 96 application forms of the fishermen have been appraised so far with total aid of 3.768 billion VND.
