That is the key issue raised in a recent meeting between Binh Dinh People’s Committee and a delegation of the Committee for Foreign NGO Affairs (COMINGO) led by Mr. Le Trung Hieu, probationary Deputy Director of People’s Aid Coordination Committee (PACCOM), an organization of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO).

In her speech to close the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha highly appreciated help of the COMINGO in the past and expected the COMINGO would offer more information about the NGOs so that the provincial agencies could make feasibility studies and call for more aid, improve its social security policy.
