APECI company was licensed in principle to prepare all formalities for the Nhon Phu Apec new urban area project in Nhon Phu ward.
The project will cover an area of 85 hectare with the estimated capital of over VND1 trillion. It is divided into two phases, of which the first phase will be carried out from 2011-2013 and the second one will be implemented from 2014-2016.
It will focus on villas, apartments, offices for rent, and different services.
