Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thien held a meeting with the local authorities in Hoai An district on November 8.
The reports presented at the meeting said the district has finished its set targets for the 2011 in the past 10 months.
The local authorities asked for the support for the celebration of 40th anniversary of Hoai An’s liberation, the construction of Van Duc Party Cell historical relic, and other issues.
Provincial Party Chief Thien acknowledged the district’s efforts and pointed out its shortcomings. He asked the relevant bodies to overcome the flood aftermath, prepare for the upcoming crop and prevent the cattle epidemic.
The province’s leaders will discuss more about the support for its suggestions.
