Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien has issued the Decision No. 2723/QD-UBND in establishing Binh Dinh Department for Seas and Islands.
The primary function of the Department is to help Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment advising for the provincial People’s Committee to manage sea and island issues in the province in accordance with law.
The body is under the direct control of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, has its headquarters located in Quy Nhon City. It has its legal status, own stamp and accounts.
