The Norwegian Red Cross-funded disaster risk reduction project has been implemented in three communes of An Tin (Hoai An district), Cat Nhon (Phu Cat dist.), and Phuoc Hoa (Tuy Phuoc dist.) since Feb. 11.
Six communes in three districts of Hoai An, Phu Cat, and Tuy Phuoc have benefited from the DRR project so far.
The project focuses on homeless elderly people, disabled people, and primary school students. It also offers essential facilities to Red Cross’s staff at the commune level.
