Over VND7.1 bln raised for study promotion fund

Binh Dinh Association of Study Promotion held a meeting to fully review the 2010’s plan on Feb. 18.

According to the reports, its affiliates raised more than VND7.1 billion for the association’s fund last year. Also, 64,564 scholarships were granted to poor but outstanding students. Poor students who faced the risk of giving up studying and disadvantaged teachers received the financial support from the association and its affiliates.

The association will continue strengthening its operation, striving to fulfill its targets set at the meeting.
