Provincial Vice Chairman works with steering board of water supply, sanitation project

Provincial Vice Chairman Ho Quoc Dung held a meeting with the steering board of the water supply and sanitation project on Feb. 24.

The Belgian Government-funded project has the total capital of EURO 8.95 million of which Vietnam Government contributed EURO 1.45 million).

It has been implemented for five years (2009-2014), aiming to improve the living standard of local people in communes in districts of Phu Cat, Phu My, Tuy Phuoc, Tay Son, An Nhon, and Hoai Nhon and offer the efficient solid waste management system in districts of Hoai Nhon, An Nhon, Tay Son, and Phu My.

The project has showed many positive results after two years of implementing.

Speaking at the meeting, Dung asked the steering board and relevant bodies to quickly resolve the existing problems to finish the project in time.
