Binh Dinh was allocated more than 19.2 billion VND to open vocational training courses for rural workers in 2011, under the “Vocational training for rural people until 2020” project.
Accordingly, 13 billion VND will be used to upgrade the facilities, 5.6 billion VND will be supported the vocational training for 2,572 rural workers, and 530 million will be dedicated to official training at grass roots level.
The 2011’s rural vocational training scheme will prioritise poor households, ethnic minority people and policy beneficiaries.
