9,617 hectares of forest planted

After 6 years of implementing the WB3 project, more than 9,61 hectares of forest have been planted across the province so far, according to Vice Director of the management board for WB3 project.

The households joining the project were offered a loan of over 81.5 billion VND to implement the afforestation project. A total of 26.8 billion VND was also disbursed last year.

In 2011, about 1,700 hectares of forest will be newly planted with the disbursed capital of over 50.2 billion VND.
