Binh Dinh has 8 industrial zones (IZs) and all of them are now sharing lines of power for residents at wards of Quang Trung (Quy Nhon city); Hoc Bom, Truong Dinh (Tay Son district); Diem Tieu, Dai Thanh (Phu My district); Doc Truong Soi (Hoai An district); Go Bui, Go Cay Duoi (An Lao district). Because sharing the same lines of powers for the local residents and enjoying no priority policies for the industrial manufacturing sector, the IZs faces a lot of difficulties whenever local power company cuts the power off to save the energy and or to repair the lines.
To ensure the power priorities for the manufacturing sector as Vietnam government stated Binh Dinh Province Department of Industry and Trade has recently suggested that the provincial People’s Committee should ask the power company to set new separate lines of power for the IZs.
