19th National Mathematical Olympiad opens

The 19th National Mathematical Olympiad for undergraduates opened at Quy Nhon University yesterdat (April 12).

About 600 students coming from 71 universities and colleges nationwide participated in the event.

They will join two different contests, including analytics and algebra. The analytics contest took place on April 13 while the algebra contest was also held in the afternoon of the same day.

The prize award ceremony is scheduled to be held on April 16 and live broadcast on VTV2 channel.

Also, on the occasion, there will be other activities.
