162 houses will be newly built for poor people in Binh Dinh this year, using the local budget, the financial support from the Central bodies, the loan from the bank for social policies and the support from businesses, said provincial Vice Chairman Ho Quoc Dung.

With the total of 25,000 houses for the poor, in late 2011, Binh Dinh is expected to become one of provinces finishing the “Building houses for poor households” program ahead of the deadline.

More than 24,600 houses have already been built for poor people in Binh Dinh with the total capital of over VND160 billion so far.
