Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has adjusted the 2011’s plan, allocating the capital from the Government bond, the loan of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, and the national target program.
Accordingly, a total of VND44.755 billion will be used for the job program, aiming to renew the vocational training.
Also, the vocational training for rural laborers will be prioritized. The program will focus on employment opportunities with the loan taken out from the national fund for employment, assist laborers in working abroad, and other related issues.
