House dedicated to Tay Son insurgent army built in Ha Noi

The provincial leaders and guests kick off the construction of memorial stele house

A memorial stele house dedicated to Tay Son insurgent army who sacrificed during the Ngoc Hoi – Dong Da battle in 1789 was built at Ha Noi-based Kim Son pagoda on April 18.

Binh Dinh Provincial Party Chief Nguyen Van Thien, former Miniter of Natural Resources and Environment Mai Ai Truc, Binh Dinh Provincial Chairman Le Huu Loc attended the kick-off ceremony.

The Kim Son pagoda which was recognized as a cultural-historical relic of national magnitude is the place at which the tombs of Tay Son soldiers were located. The pagoda also sees a stone stele built 20 years ago, but it has been broken.
