Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has approved the plan to export laborers living in three districts of An Lao, Van Canh, and Vinh Thanh to work abroad.
Accordingly, about 1,410 laborers will work abroad in the 2011-2015 period. Among them, 70-80 percent belongs to poor and ethnic minority households.
350 people will go to work abroad this year, according to the plan.
A total 3.730 billion will be used to implement the plan.
