Elections to be held earlier in some areas

Voters living in some areas in the central province of Binh Dinh were permitted to begin to cast their ballots on May 21, ahead of the general elections for the 13th National Assembly and Peoples’ Council for the 2011-2016 tenure. 

Accordingly, the residents in some hamlets of districts of An Lao, Vinh Thanh, and Van Canh were honored to be the first voters in the province, casting their ballots one day earlier than other areas.

These areas include hamlets No.1, No.2, and No.3 in An Toan commune, hamlet No.6 in An Vinh commune, hamlet No.3 in An Nghia commune, villages O2 and Kon Tru in Vinh Kim commune, villages Ha Giao, Kon Lot, Chom, Cat, Ka Bong, Ka Bung, Ka Nau, and Canh Tien in Canh Lien commune, and Canh Giao in Canh Hiep commune.
