Training courses for anti-HIV/AIDS propagandists

16 training courses on HIV/AIDS prevention have opened in Quy Nhon from April 27 to May 13, under the “Communicating, raising awareness, and changing behavior towards HIV/AIDS prevention in 16 coastal communes in Binh Dinh” project.

384 anti-HIV/AIDS propagandists in 16 coastal communes joined the courses.

The participants were provided with the information about HIV/AIDS-related issues, knowledge of HIV/AID prevention and discrimination against HIV/AIDS patients, and communication skills in HIV/AIDS prevention.

After the training courses, they will organize communication activities in the community, deliver HIV/AIDS prevention propaganda posters and condoms to high-risk groups.
