The Department of Planning and Investment was assigned to coordinate with bodies and localities related to ODA projects to allocate enough corresponding capital to ODA projects in Binh Dinh.
They were also authorized to cut, reduce, or transfer the capital from projects which are not in urgent need, submitting the proposal to provincial People’s Committee for consideration.
Chairmen of Quy Nhon city and district’s People’s Committee were asked to allocate enough corresponding capital to the ODA projects belonging to their responsibility.
