VND676.7 billion loan for students

A meeting was held yesterday, preliminarily reviewing three years of implementing the PM’s Decision on credit for disadvantaged students.

47,314 students have benefitted from the program with a total of over VND676.7 billion. Also, the Binh Dinh Bank for Social Policies coordinated with other banks to issue 39.987 ATM card for students.

Speaking at the meeting, provincial Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh said students attending vocational training course should be given more attention and some program-related issues need improving.
