Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has just asked the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to provide guidance for Land Development Centre in promptly making plans of compensation and resettlement for the rest components of Northern Ha Thanh River Commercial Urban Area Project.
Quy Nhon Municipal People’s Committee has to summit approved appraisal and pay the compensation for affected households.
The provincial People’s Committee agreed to deduct over 187.9 billion VND from the project’s land use fee which had been paid in advance by An Phu Thinh Tourist and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company for covering the compensation and land acquisition cost.
The land acquisition at plot B3 of the project has to be hastened, creating favourable conditions for the investor’s construction. The infrastructure of the resettlement area must to be built quickly as well.
