Over VND10 billion for Nhon Hoi new urban area planning

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee has just approved a cost estimate worth up VND10 billion for the detailed planning of Nhon Hoi new urban area.

Under the detailed planning by Japan-based Nikken Sekkei Civil Joint-Stock Company, it is bounded by Phong Dien area’s green area in the north, by the green area of Nhon Hoi EZ’s industrial park C in the south, by Nhon Ly-Cat Tien sea tourism site in the east and by an accommodation road in the west.

The planning permission covers approximately 650 hectares of land.
