25,086 students sit high school graduation exam

25,086 high school students have started their graduation exam which is scheduled to take place from June 2-4.

They underwent in literature and physics tests on the first day of the exams and will continue doing tests in geography, biology, mathematics and foreign language or history on June 3-4.

24,325 high-school students attend the exam at 25 schools and 761 students at continuing education centres sat the exam at one school. A total of 2,322 teachers and officials will work as invigilators during the three-day exam.

Among the local students, the 12th grader of Le Quy Don gifted high school, Vo Duy Viet, is exempted from the exam as he is taking part in the selection exam for international contests, usually known as Olympic contests.
