Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village receives 31 children

The ceremony to receive 31 orphans and underprivileged children into Quy Nhon SOS Children’s Village was held on June 1.

This first group of children are under care of mothers and aunts in Village’s 5 family houses.

The Village consists of 14 family homes for up to 140 children. Covering a total area of 3 hectares with total construction costs over VND5 billion, the Village inludes 14 houses for families, a boarding kindergarten, six classrooms, function rooms that can accommodate 180 children and other facilities to meet the children’s demands for entertainment and study.

This is the 14th SOS Children’s Village to be built around the country.
