Selection of safe blood is a mandatory procedure in the blood donation. |
The provincial Red Cross Pioneer Youth Team has just been allowed to establish a club of voluntary pioneer blood donators called 25 Binh Dinh Club.
The club is a voluntary association for students from universities, colleges and vocational schools as well as young people in Quy Nhon City.
Its tasks include campaigns to raise public awareness on the voluntary blood donation and provision of voluntary blood donation for patients in emergency needs at the city’s hospitals.
More than 60 students and young people who meet all criteria of the blood donation have joined the club so far.
