Binh Dinh province has submitted a plan on the construction of coastal roads to Ministries of Finance and Planning and Investment.
Accordingly, 7 new sections of the coastal roads and 2 bridges (Tam Quan and De Gi) worth VND 4,745 billion will be built in the first phase (2011-2015).
The second phase (2016-2020) worth VND3,060 billion will built on the rest sections.
Also, Binh Dinh province’s report proposed a support of VND133.5 billion from the PM for advance payment that used to build the Nhon Hoi-Tam Quan-Hoai Nhon road.
