Binh Dinh faces blood shortage for treatment in summer
7:30', 9/6/ 2011 (GMT+7)

The blood reserve usually sharply falls during the summer holiday as students, the main source of blood donation, are on vacation, according to the provincial blood transfusion and haematology center

The centre has collected 5,200 units from blood donors since early this year, supplying blood to 5,000 patients.

The center is expected to collect blood from city and other districts and cities as well as patients’ relatives.
