The Binh Dinh’s fishing boat controlled by Pham May and other five fishermen was rammed by the sand ship named Hai Phong at the Khanh Hoa coast on June 8.
Fortunately, another Binh Dinh fishing boat spotted the fishermen and saved them after the shipwreck. The border guard forces in localities were informed to catch the hit-and-run vessel.
