Cau Ngu festival to be broadcast on VTV channel

The Cau Ngu festival took place at the tomb of Nam Hai in Nhon Ly Commune on June 10.

Traditional ceremonies of the festival were carried out, including God worshiping ceremony, requiem, Ba Trao chanty, and other culture-sport activities.

The festival is annually organized in Nhon Ly commune’s Ly Hoa and Ly Chanh Hamlets to pray for peaceful and prosperous country, good weather, bumper crops, and a peaceful life.

This festival will be recorded and broadcast on VTV1 channel’s Lang Viet (Vietnamese village) program.
