300,000 EURO donated to lepers

The France-based Ordre de Malte organisation donated nearly 300,000 EURO, which is also partly funded by domestic corresponding capital, to Quy Hoa National Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital in 2011.

The donation aims to provide the rehabilitation for disabled lepers in the central and Central Highlands regions.

According to the report, more than 7,400 lepers with disabilities have received surgery in the past five years.
