Binh Dinh still sees 61,711 poor households

Statistics from a 2010 poor household census revealed that Binh Dinh now has around 61,711 poor and 33,900 near-poor households according to a new poverty standard.

Some districts seeing high rate of poor households include An Lao, Vinh Thanh, Van Canh. Among them, An Lao sees the highest rate of 64.14 percent while Quy Nhon city and districts of Tuy Phuoc and An Nhon has the poverty rate under 10 percent.
