Binh Dinh Province Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh granted the certificate of trademark for Bau Da wine the association’s representative. |
The certificate of trademark for Bau Da wine was announced in An Nhon district’s Nhon Loc commune on June 10.
Accordingly, 53 enterprises, wine producers and home breweries which are member of Binh Dinh Bau Da Wine Association will share the trademark.
This trademark officially ends the legal dispute around Bau Da wine brand name between Binh Dinh wine enterprises and Minh Anh Foodstuff Co. Ltd in Da Nang City. Henceforth, there are two Bau Da Wine trademarks sold in the market.
At the ceremony, representatives of functional bodies and the association have pledged to work together in order to reorganize their production and business activities.
