Binh Dinh Province was provided 280 satellite equipment to outfit fishing boats with a capacity of at least 90 CV and off-shore operation.
The equipment will help fishermen to receive early warnings about storms and bad weather from a ground station. In return, the ground station will continuously monitor the location of the fishing boats and send them boat speed and heading information.
